Labour and HR Consulting

Our services in this area focus on managing the labour and human resources of domestic and international enterprises and business groups in order to comply with the labour laws in the countries in question and to protect the client’s interest in this regard. We can also assist clients with labour inspections by SMAC (Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Service) and protect the client’s interests by filing administrative and judicial claims and appeals.

The services most commonly rendered in this area include:
  • Labour consulting for the preparation of employment contracts and additional clauses as required by the client.
  • Adapting salaries to the applicable collective bargaining agreements.
  • Preparation of payrolls and tax forms and registering employees with the social security administration.
  • Assisting clients with terminations of employment and the required documentation.
  • Assisting and advising clients in relation to labour inspections, proceedings before the Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Service (SMAC) and matters involving other labour organisations.
  • Assisting clients with labour-related due diligence processes.
